I'm frustrated. I totaly understand your point of view. that's ok.
Anyway, I will not spend time to try to post it, because it obviously look as "it's not a bug, it's a futere'.
As you saw, in Admin Help is clear that URL should contain php.exe
And this is main problem. Total idea is wrong, and I'll not press somebody in Iris to change his mind.
For now I'm going in "Perl" way, and I'll keep an eye on groups on the net.
